Instructions

- Butter the outsides of each sandwich (one side per slice).

- Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

- Flip and cook the other side for another 3–4 minutes, until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Step 8:
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve hot.
