04 - 2 tbsp milk
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 2 green onions, finely chopped

11 - 1/3 cup honey
12 - 3 tbsp sriracha sauce
13 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
14 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar
15 - 1 tbsp unsalted butter

→ Garnish

16 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
17 - 1 green onion, thinly sliced

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and ground ginger. Mix gently until just combined to avoid tough meatballs.
03 - Roll the mixture into 1-inch diameter balls and arrange evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until fully cooked and lightly browned on the outside.
05 - While meatballs bake, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted and glossy.
06 - Transfer the baked meatballs to a large bowl. Pour the glaze over and toss gently to evenly coat all meatballs.
07 - Arrange the glazed meatballs on a serving platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve warm, optionally with toothpicks.
